Descriptions:

Lower band for carcass meat

·        Whole body and tank are AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

·        Polyethylene modular band proper for nutrient

·        Band speed can be adjusted with frequency convector.

·        Band can be lifted pneumatically for easy cleaning

·        Legs of the table will be adjustable

 

Upper band for bones

·        Whole body and tank are AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

·        Polyethylene modular band proper for nutrient

·        Band speed can be adjusted with frequency convector.

·        There are covering barriers at the edges of the band for preventing dropping off the bones

·        There is a band exit chute

·        There is a band lifting system with double pneumatic cylinders.

 

Deboning tables

·        Whole body and tank are AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

·        Tables are produced from polyethylene material which is proper for nutrient.

·        For scraps, there are holes on the table.

·        With height adjustable 4 leg system you can use deboning tables independently from meat transfer band

·        There are table lifting and surface rotating system for cleaning

 

Rotating table

·        Whole body and tank are AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

·        It has a mobilized system.

·        There are strainer holes for blood coming from meat blocks.

·        There are height adjustable legs.

 

Technical Properties

·        Carcass meat carrying band length is at least 800 mm.

·        Lower carcass meat carrying band engine have least 1,1 kW power.

·        Lower carcass meat carrying band size is at least 11000 x 1000 x 850 mm.

·        Polyethylene thickness of chopping machine is at least 30 mm.

·        Bond carrying band width is at least 500 mm.

·        Upper bond carrying band engine is at least 0,75 kw

·        Upper bond carrying band size is at least 10500 x 700 x 1450 mm.

·        Chopping machine size is at least 1200 x 600 x 850 mm.

·        Foreground chopping machine size is at least 2000 x 1000 x 850 mm.

·        Rotating table size is at least 1500 x 650 mm.

·        Total machine size is at least 12500 x 3200 x 1450 mm.

·        Electrical control panel system is completely made of stainless AISI 304 quality.

·        There is speed setting system for upper and lower bands.

·        There are emergency buttons at the exit and entrance of the upper band for bond

·        Will have balancer transformer hand saw for cutting quarter carcass meats
